Status: Hybrid
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related statistical field and 7 years in financial services or other organization with heavy use of strategy-based decision-making platforms
- 5 years’ experience using credit decision tools like Provenir, PowerCurve, IBM ODM, Drools, FICO Blaze, Zoot or other comparable decision engines (Preferred – Provenir)
- 3 years of core programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python etc.) to implement integration logic and a strong fundamental understanding of data structures
- Proficient in SQL
- Exposure to machine learning execution and related analytical tools
- Knowledge of cloud deployment processes, and experience working in a mature DevOps environment
- Analytical, curious, open-minded, and passionate about exploring and solving problems.
- Familiar and comfortable with agile practices like stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members
- Collaborate with product managers, credit analysts, and engineers to transform credit policy strategies into testable solutions within a low-code decision platform.
- Invent and implement low-code solutions and automated tests using various tools and frameworks as part of a scrum team.
- Provide research, analysis, and problem resolution in an accurate and timely manner.
- Develop technical documentation, test cases, process diagrams, and demos for credit policy implementations.
- Possible conversion to FTE for the right candidate based on performance.
